Creating Playlists

Playlists are where your breathwork sessions take shape. Start by clicking "New Playlist," then give it a meaningful title that reflects the session’s intent. You can add tracks by browsing the catalogue or using the Track Finder to search by mood, tempo, or energy. Once your tracks are added, drag to reorder them or group them into segments. This is useful for controlling emotional flow during a session. You can also add notes to tracks to remind yourself of their purpose or timing. Think of each playlist as a container for one complete journey—whether it’s a personal session, a group event, or a theme-based practice.
