New course coming Late 2026

The Principles & Practice of
Music for Breathwork

A deep-dive on building music sets for expanded states — the arc, the craft, and the technology behind a music playlist that supports working with expanded states of awareness.

Why this course

Music isn't a soundtrack.
It's the journey.

Holotropic Breathwork without music is almost unimaginable. It's the canvas that holds the depth and breadth of the expanded state experience. Building a set that actually does this work is a craft that requires your heart, you rmind and of course your inner healer.

About the facilitator

Hi, I'm Anthony.

This course is the distillation of nearly 30 years of personal breathwork practice, a background in sound design for theatre, and over a decade of facilitating Holotropic Breathwork workshops — refined across thousands of participants and what actually works in the room.

Holotropic Breathwork has shaped my life since the late 1990s. After foundational work with Alf Foote, I trained formally with Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT) (2006–2013) and have run workshops in Melbourne with Ruth Langford and others since 2013. I'm now a senior staff member of GTT Australia.

Find me also at Wildheart Psychotherapy and Melbourne Breathwork.
